Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Five Star Las Vegas, we understand that plans can change. To maintain fairness for all guests and ensure availability of our homes, the following cancellation policy applies:

1. Free Cancellation Window

Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund, provided the reservation is at least 14 days prior to check-in.

2. Standard Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in: Full refund (minus processing fees, if applicable)
  • Cancellations made 14–29 days before check-in: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in: Non-refundable

3. Booking Modifications

Guests may request to modify their booking dates. Approval of changes is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Same-Day / No-Show Policy

Reservations canceled on the day of arrival or no-shows are non-refundable.

5. Early Departures

No refunds will be issued for unused nights after check-in.

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Exceptional Circumstances 

In rare situations (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies), exceptions may be considered at management’s discretion.

8. Travel Insurance (Recommended)

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip against unexpected changes, including illness, weather, or travel disruptions. Travel insurance may provide reimbursement where this policy does not.

9. Host-Initiated Cancellations

In the rare event that we must cancel your reservation, you will receive a full refund or the option to be relocated to a comparable property.

10. Force Majeure (Events Beyond Our Control)

Five Star Las Vegas shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, power outages, government actions, public health emergencies, travel disruptions, labor disputes, or other unforeseen events.

If such an event impacts your stay:

  • We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your reservation to a future available date
  • At our discretion, we may offer a partial or full credit toward a future stay
  • Refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated based on the specific circumstances

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected disruptions that may affect your trip.

11. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically process within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
