At Five Star Las Vegas, we understand that plans can change. To maintain fairness for all guests and ensure availability of our homes, the following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund, provided the reservation is at least 14 days prior to check-in.
Guests may request to modify their booking dates. Approval of changes is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Reservations canceled on the day of arrival or no-shows are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for unused nights after check-in.
In rare situations (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies), exceptions may be considered at management’s discretion.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip against unexpected changes, including illness, weather, or travel disruptions. Travel insurance may provide reimbursement where this policy does not.
In the rare event that we must cancel your reservation, you will receive a full refund or the option to be relocated to a comparable property.
Five Star Las Vegas shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, power outages, government actions, public health emergencies, travel disruptions, labor disputes, or other unforeseen events.
