Our Five Star rental terms are designed to provide a secure, smooth, and enjoyable experience for every guest. Before confirming your reservation, please review these Five Star rental terms carefully to understand booking policies, guest responsibilities, cancellations, and property stay requirements at Five Star Las Vegas.

In addition, these guidelines help ensure a comfortable and stress-free stay for all guests.

1. Agreement to Terms

By making a reservation, accessing this website, or staying at any property managed by Five Star Las Vegas (β€œCompany,” β€œwe,” or β€œus”), you (β€œGuest”) agree to follow these Terms & Conditions, our Refund Policy, and all House Rules.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not book or occupy the property.

2. Booking & Payment Terms

First, a valid government-issued ID is required for every reservation. In addition, guests must be at least 31 years old to complete a booking.

We offer the following payment options:

  • Full payment at the time of booking

  • Deposit at booking, with the remaining balance due before check-in

Furthermore, we may cancel reservations when we detect invalid or fraudulent payment methods. In addition, we may refuse service when necessary to protect property integrity and guest safety.

3. Security Deposit & Damage Authorisation

By confirming a reservation, the Guest authorises Five Star Las Vegas to charge the payment method on file for:

  • Property damage

  • Missing items

  • Excess cleaning

  • Rule violations

  • Noise fines or penalties

Additionally, we apply charges within 7 days after checkout when necessary.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations follow our Refund Policy.

By booking, Guest acknowledges and accepts this policy.

5. Occupancy & Property Use

Guests must follow all occupancy limits listed for each property. In addition, parties, events, and unauthorised gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Moreover, commercial use requires written approval before any activity begins.

If a violation occurs, we may:

  • Immediately end the reservation

  • Remove guests from the property

  • Retain all payments

  • Apply additional fees or fines

6. Noise Monitoring & Security Measures

For safety and compliance, some properties include exterior security cameras. In addition, we install noise monitoring devices that do not record conversations.

By staying at the property, Guest accepts and acknowledges these monitoring measures.

7. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must maintain the property in good condition throughout the stay. Furthermore, guests must follow all posted House Rules and comply with HOA, local, and Nevada state regulations.

In addition, Guests remain responsible for all visitors and members of their group at all times.

8. Pool, Spa & Amenity Liability

Guests use all amenities, including pools, spas, stairs, and outdoor areas, at their own risk. Therefore, Guests agree to:

  • Supervise children at all times

  • Accept responsibility for personal injury or loss

  • Release Five Star Las Vegas from liability for accidents or damages

9. Maintenance & Property Conditions

We actively maintain all property features. However, temporary issues may still occur from time to time.

For example, these may include:

  • WiFi interruptions

  • Utility outages

  • Appliance malfunctions

Although we respond quickly, we do not issue refunds for temporary service interruptions.

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for events outside our control. For example, these may include:

  • Severe weather

  • Utility failures

  • Government actions

  • HOA restrictions

  • Natural disasters

Therefore, refunds will not be issued unless stated otherwise.

11. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out

Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability. In some cases, we may charge additional fees.

12. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Guests agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us.

Furthermore, Guests must resolve all disputes directly with Five Star Las Vegas before involving third parties.

If improper chargebacks occur, we may apply:

  • Additional fees

  • Collection actions

13. Indemnification

Guest agrees to indemnify and hold Five Star Las Vegas harmless from claims related to:

  • Property use

  • Rule violations

  • Guest or visitor actions

14. Right to Terminate Stay

We reserve the right to immediately terminate a reservation if:

  • House Rules are violated

  • Illegal activity is suspected

  • Property or neighbors are at risk

In such cases, we do not issue refunds.

15. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. In addition, all disputes must be resolved in Clark County, Nevada.

16. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Therefore, continued use of the property or website means you accept the updated version.

17. Luxury Standard Disclaimer

Five Star Las Vegas properties are privately owned luxury homes, not hotels. Although we aim for a five-star experience, variations may occur between properties.
