Guests are encouraged to communicate with us at any time regarding amenities, local recommendations, or any issues during their stay. We respond quickly because we prioritize guest satisfaction and a smooth experience.
Once your reservation is confirmed, we primarily communicate via phone, text message, or WhatsApp for fast and efficient support. This ensures that any concerns are handled promptly
To maintain responsible booking standards, guests must be 31 years or older to reserve this property.
In addition, the person who makes the booking must be present during the entire stay. Parents cannot book on behalf of underage guests who will stay alone.
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, allowing our team enough time to prepare the property to a high standard. Check-out is at 10:00 AM so we can clean and reset the space for incoming guests.
To ensure smooth operations, we kindly ask guests to respect these times. If you need flexibility, please contact us in advance so we can check availability.
Vehicles must be parked in the garage at all times. If your vehicle does not fit, please inform us immediately so we can provide proper guidance or documentation if required.
For convenience, garage door openers will be provided to allow easy access during your stay.
To maintain a peaceful environment for everyone, guests must keep noise at a reasonable level, both indoors and outdoors. We actively monitor noise levels using approved decibel monitoring systems.
This helps us ensure compliance with local regulations and protects the comfort of neighbors. Please note that excessive noise may result in fines starting from $1000.
We kindly ask guests to keep the property clean and tidy throughout their stay. While standard cleaning is included after checkout, excessive mess such as dirty dishes or large trash buildup may result in additional charges.
By maintaining cleanliness, you help us provide a better experience for the next guest.
If you use the BBQ, please clean it after use. Standard maid service does not include BBQ cleaning.
Cleaning supplies are provided in the outdoor storage area to help you leave it in good condition for the next guest.
If possible, please assist by placing trash bins at the curb after 6:00 PM the night before pickup. After collection, bins must be returned to the garage by 6:00 PM on the same day.

All garage remotes and keys must be returned before departure. These items are frequently misplaced, and replacement fees of $125 per item may apply if they are not returned.
This ensures security and proper access control for future guests.
This is not a party house. We do not allow bachelor parties, receptions, or events exceeding the 8-person maximum occupancy.
Additionally, all visitors must be pre-approved in writing. This is required to comply with local regulations and avoid penalties.
Failure to follow occupancy rules may result in removal from the property under local enforcement policies.
