Minimum Age To Reserve A House:
You must be 31 years old to reserve one of our properties. The person booking the reservation MUST be present at the address (i.e. Parents cannot rent for underage children and then not be present during the rental period)
Check-In: 4pm
Check-Out: 10am
Garage Parking:
All vehicles MUST be parked in the garage at all times (if a vehicle doesn’t fit, please let us know so we can provide the proper documentation to local authorities, as may be required). We will provide garage door openers that may be used for quick and easy access to the garage.
Noise Rules:
Please speak in normal adult inside voices, even when outside. We are required to use noise monitoring decibel monitors. We are also required to send all data to local authorities in the event of a noise complaint. Being neighborly will help go a long way to continue enjoying shorter term rental properties around the world. Noise fines start at $1000.
Remove Shoes:
Please ask your guests or family members to remove outdoor shoes prior to walking on any of the carpeted areas (2nd floor and area rugs on 1st floor)
Cleaning:
Please don’t leave an excessive mess (moldy dishes, huge trash) as cleaning fees cover standard turnover cleaning.
BBQ Cleaning:
Maid service does NOT cover cleaning the BBQ. Please return to clean condition after use. Cleaning supplies are placed under the BBQ in the storage areas.
Check Out Tasks:
1) Turn Off AC/Heaters,
2) Turn off all lights,
3) Ensure that all perimeter doors and windows are locked/latched.
Garage Remote Controls:
Please return Garage remote controls and front door keys prior to leaving (These are the #1 item guests accidentally forget and take home. We charge $125 for each remote control or key not returned This covers replacement and programming of all the remotes, and or re-keying locks to ensure security).
